No HMO Accredited Doctor for OPD Telekonsultation

Please be advised that our platform does not feature an HMO-accredited doctor for telekonsultation. While we offer teleconsultation services, these are not affiliated with any Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).

However, we would like to emphasize that our medical supplies, and diagnostic services are accredited by relevant authorities to ensure their quality and safety.

Payment and Teleconsultation Policy

No Rescheduling: Once payment for a teleconsultation appointment is completed, we do not accept requests for rescheduling. Please ensure that you are available at the scheduled date and time you pick.
No Show Policy: If you fail to attend the scheduled teleconsultation without prior notice, or do not show up at the agreed time and date, the payment made will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Data Submission

By submitting your personal data through our website, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all data submitted is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.
